Student Accounts
Welcome to the LRSU Student Account website. We strive to provide you with the best possible service. We believe your familiarity with the following information prior to calling our staff will answer many of your general questions.
- Student Login Information:
- ID: two letters and four numbers
- Password: User defined password
- If you forget your Student Number or password email the Student Accounts Office.
- NelNet Payment Setup
- Click on the icon below to set up NelNet Payments
- Refund Disbursements:
- Refunds are disbursed by Sallie Mae. Your refund is disbursed by
- Paper Check (7-10 business days), or
- Debit Card (1st Disbursement Mailed: 5-7 Business Days), or
- ACH (Requires a 4 day pre-note process prior to initial refund, remaining refunds will be disbursed within 24 hours of processing
- You must select the method your prefer at www.salliemaebank.com/lru
- Financial Aid Refunds are processed within 14 days
- All other refunds are processed by request click here to request a refund (Note you must login to your Student Account first)
- Refunds are processed on a weekly basis

- LRU Student Webmail
- Luther Rice Seminary & University email policy states that all electronic communications between Staff/Faculty should be through student’s LRU Webmail
- Online Student Account
- Each student can view their student account online by clicking here (Note you must login to your Student Account first)
- Sponsorship Form
- If you are sponsored by a Church, Branch of the Military, Employer or any other third party, please have them fill out the following Sponsorship form
- Monthly Statements
- Statements of student accounts are mailed out at the 1st of every month.
